I was in charge of overseeing the team, helping members complete their assignments, organizing the workflow, and ensuring that everyone knew their responsibilities and kept on course for the duration of the event. Additionally, I helped the team solve issues, stay in touch, and perform well under duress. Because of our collaboration and the effort we put into planning and carrying out everything together, we achieved the goal to place first.
